- Details: This is such a fun kitchen tool, and highly collectible! It's the Jolly Chef spoon rest from Reliance, (product # 561), in yellow, with a hole at the top to hang on the wall. We're not sure how these became so popular, probably the nuance and cuteness factor. They were made from 1950-1959 and released in 12 different colors (maybe more!). In the 1950's you could acquire these different ways: they were given away as promotional advertising items from grocery stores, delis, even gas stations. You could win them by collecting S&H Green Stamps, and you could also purchase them at the 5&10cent store. Today they are collected and treasured as mid century nostalgia.

- Dimensions: 6.5 inches Long, 5.0 inches Wide (at its widest point)
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. Very minor paint loss, mainly on the shoes, acceptable due to age/use/wear. Any white areas you see are simply light reflections, he is all yellow, no fading. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
