Working Temperature&Maximum Pressure —— Temperature range from 0 to 176 degrees F.Maximum working pressure is 85PSI.Fitting clamps to tubing on both ends for a non-permanent seal, providing take-down access.A Concentric Reducer decreases in diameter towards the center, thus forming a conical cylinder shape. One end is 2” TC and the other end is 4” TC. A reducer makes an even and smooth connection between sanitary fittings of two different sizes, minimizing agitation.A Concentric Reducer is often used inline on a vertical flow application, or if laid horizontally as an increaser towards the direction of the flow. We do not recommend reducing in the horizontal position with a Concentric Reducer because pooling of liquid could occur.
